Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa OFR is the LEAD HUNT .. EXTEL HUNT AFRICA, a graduate of pharmacy from the university of ife Ile-Ife now OAU. A former Chairman/CEO of Pfizer West Africa, in 1997 led the management buyout of Pfizer Inc shares in Pfizer products plc, transforming the resultant company - Neimeth International Pharmaceutical Products Plc- into a medium sized research & development based healthcare company. He voluntarily retired from the company in 2011 after 33 years in the industry, 18 years of which were at the CEO level.
He has been chairman of the manufacturing association of Nigeria (Ikeja chapter) , president of Nigeria Employers Consultative Association ( NECA) , Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and Chairman Organised Private Sector.

Mr. Jideofor Akpa

Mr Jideofor Akpa is a consummate business man with over 25 years experience running several organisations in the Oil & Gas as well as transportation sectors of the Nigerian economy.

He is the Managing Director of International Maritime & Shipping Limited, a major tanker owning ,chartering and ship management firm in West Africa as well as IMSL Hydrocarbons Limited, an oil trading firm with vast experience and contacts in the international Oil & Gas sectors including three virgin oil blocks in Chad republic.

Mr Akpa is also a Shareholder and Director of Universal Mining & Metal Industries Limited, a mining company with 74.43 hectares of Copper, Lead and Zinc mineralisation in Ebonyi State of Nigeria.

He has attended several training programs with Oxford Princeton Programme in the UK as well as courses in the United States related to tanker ownership, management and operations.

He currently sits on the Board of several companies in Africa.

Dr. Ken Emelonye

Dr Ken Emelonye is an entrepreneur with over two decades of protracted experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, information technology, and cyber security.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria. He has since then attended Brunel University London, UK, for a master's degree in public health. He has also attended the University of Florida, US, for a master's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry. Dr Emelonye holds a doctorate in pharmacy from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, United States.

Dr. Emelonye, a licensed pharmacist in Texas, has worked with two of the biggest retail pharmacies in the world. His growth to the executive managers positions buttresses his professional and business prowess.
Also licensed in Nigeria as a pharmacist, Dr Emelonye is the CEO of Omni Drugs, a chain of community pharmacies.

He has since then expanded his interest to the world of Information Technology and Cyber Security. He holds a world renowned ISACA certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Dr Emelonye is also a Microsoft Certified Azure Engineer. These qualifications have prepared him for his role as the CEO of Yameh Systems Limited, an IT Solution provider.

UGO OGOKE

Armed with a B.Sc. in 1990 and three years later, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Ugo started his Brand Strategy/Advertising career at TBWA/Concept (then Concept Unit Ltd) as a Media Executive. An Associate Registered Practitioner in Advertising (arpa), Ugo was also deeply involved in Events Marketing & Management. He joined DDB Lagos (then Casers Ltd.) as Deputy Manager, Strategic Planning & Business Development in 1998. He has also attended many courses within and outside the country.

Ugo is a regular contributor/Social Analyst with Channels Television, Lagos, Nigeria. He is also currently the Chief Brand Strategist/MD of SMP Media Group. He drives the business engine of SMP and also serves on the board as a co-founder of the 21-year old award winning company. In addition he serves on the boards Runs Distributing (a logistics and marketing distribution company) plus Signs & One-Ders (The Signage Company).

EMEKE IKADE

Emeke Ikade is a 1992 English/Linguistics graduate of University of Port Harcourt who has “been there and done that”. Restless but result driven, he started out in Public Relations before finding his first love - Copywrighting and brand management. SHOPS Bankole Sagay was where he cut his teeth as a trainee Copywriter in 1996. Barely one year later, he was made a Senior copywriter and was saddled with the task of developing campaigns for Task System, Liberty Bank, Dangote Group, Alliance and General Insurance, Unicef, Evans Medical etc. In 1998 he became the head of copy at The Shops Limited.The offer to head the copy unit at DDB Casers came early in 1999. Also, to his credit is a yet to be published book titled, “Copy and Copywriting”. Emeke Ikade who resigned to co-found SMP in 2000 is the Group Executive Director - Content and Copy at SMP is also on the board of Runs Distributing (a logistics and marketing distribution company) plus Signs & One-Ders (The Signage Company).

Alice Lucia Hungwane

Alice Lucia Hungwane's career has developed within different organizations with a different business focus. It is from this diversity that she built her portfolio. Alice honed her skills as a businesswoman over a period of 20 years, in different sectors with great exposure in Business Development and Management, Project Management, Project Financing as well as teaching. While in Eswatini she worked for various companies, construction company as an executive assistance, then a marketing company as a sales and marketing officer, she also worked as a teacher in one of the previously disadvantaged schools in the country, then took a leap to Johannesburg to explore better opportunities, where she worked with Standard Bank Insurance Broker, as Client Relationship Consultant servicing billion-rand worth corporations. Key contributors included strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, strong team contribution. She further moved and worked for two different prominent mining companies as Corporate Affairs Manager and Vodacom SA where she worked as Project Manager for a Developer programme with greater focus on Entrepreneurship where she developed the first ever student charter by collaborating with various previously disadvantaged universities as well as other developers aspiring to App Development to develop mobile applications for various platforms. This was followed by venturing into her own businesses, in 2015. Alice is the country representative of EXTEL Hunt africa in Eswatini formerly Swaziland.

Kwabena Asante Offei

Kwabena Asante Offei is a Pharmacist of 14 years and a lawyer of 9 years. He is a past executive secretary for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Ghana (PMAG), and the West African Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (WAPMA) a position he held for 8 years. He has also worked with Johnson & Johnson for 6 years as Senior Manager for Government Affairs & Policy, initially for West Africa for 4 years and then for East Africa for 2 years. Kwabena currently works as Country Lead for Medtronic Labs in Ghana, with additional responsibility for partnerships for West African, focusing on digital health.

Kwabena is also the current Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH).

DR. JOAN MWENDE NGUNNZI (PhD)

Dr. Joan Mwende Kiema Ngunnzi is a global leader in her own right She is the Kenya’s Sociologist who pushed for the compensation of the 1998 Nairobi Bomb Blast Survivors making submissions in the US District Court against which the compensation was granted (https://www.nation.co.ke/news/US-Embassy-Bomb-Attack-Case-Compensation/1056-2470764-format-xhtml-111mefez/index.html). She led the Trauma Recovery efforts for Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Bomb Blast Survivors rallying the management to accord the survivors disaster recovery responsive policies and measures. Courtesy of her tenacity, TSC became the first government department to receive a medical cover from government. Dr. Mwende is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Beacon Teachers Africa, a Pan African Non-Governmental Organization that advocates the rights of children and provides teacher psychosocial support.. Dr. Joan is an accomplished author, leader, manager, consultant with over 30 years of experience across various sectors. She has led high profile trainings in employee rejuvenation, and performance improvement initiatives for many institutions across the country, trained women empowerment under UN Women, Disaster prevention and Response under AMREF, Teacher Positive Discipline under Plan International, Equity Bank, the Teachers Service Commission and led the development of the TSC Customer Care, Gender and Disability Policies. Dr. Mwende is also a renowned researcher and led the TSC research on Policies, Systems and Procedures for dealing with Teacher Sexual Offenders and was instrumental in the establishment of the TSC Database on Teacher Sexual Offenders. Dr. Mwende was part of a small team that led the development of the first TSC Strategic Plan (2010-2015). She is credited for the design and implementation of the Teacher Performance and Integrity in Kenya Project (2014-2016) which evolved to the well acclaimed TPAD (Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development) currently implemented in all the schools in Kenya. . Dr. Joan Ngunnzi was also instrumental in leading reforms for the Teachers Service Commission Customer Care Service delivery . Her. passion for better service to the public is palpable. She has worked as a high school teacher, a principal and as Deputy Director for Administration, Gender and Child Protection at the TSC head office, as a General Manager for Education and Leadership at Equity Bank and as a County Minister in Embu County Government successfully managing the dockets of Health and later Trade, Tourism and Investment.. Dr Mwende holds a PhD in Education from Kenyatta University, a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology ( Disaster Management option) from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelors Degree in Education (Eng/lit) from Moi University. She also holds a certificate in Strategic Leadership and Development from the Kenya School of Government and a Certificate in Strategic Planning and Management from the Witwatersrand University, South Africa, and Certificates in Mediation and Mindset Education from the Korean Good News Mission.
She is Extel Hunt Africa representative in The Republic of Kenya and East Africa
